Time+Feathers

It's been a while and my posts are spread far apart, but I'm still active, I swear.
I'm thinking/brainstorming some new ideas for some more "fine illustration" as i just now decided to call it.. Birds are in mind, and some other aviary concepts.

stay tuned.

When fish discovered night vision...

RED TIGER 2009 Sparing

RED TIGER 2009 Sparing.

+ my highlight of this round was the downward kick to the head, followed by the reverse back kick to the face. that was my moment. he was tough, tough guy to spar, hits like a truck. He is next to me in the photo above.

+In the end, i came out in 1st place, the photo has the other two guys in my division

+the group photo shows everyone who competed that from my school that day & my instructor.

RED TIGER CUP 2009

i took second, i won this round- but lost the other.
but i only lost it by one point, so i'm not upset. it was awesome, ill have my sparing video up soon!
first place sparing, second place patterns.

Illustration Friday: Talisman

+ I imagine the Talisman being held sacred in a forest..the symbol on the stone is a Celtic knot representing good luck and continuation of all things.

- another go at the tablet, i think im getting better.

To Nicole!

+As my strange little character says, Happy Anniversary Nicole! one wierd little lump for each month!...the ears were his idea..

Through the trees

+ Playing with the tablet some more, i love looking up at the sky through the trees, so i did a quick painting.
